Asking a question from an issue
Sometimes the scenarios on an issue are unclear. Questions are used to raise these concerns on the issue, allowing for collaborators to rework the scenarios to clarify the requirements.
The questions button shows at a glance how many questions are on the issue. Clicking this button opens the questions dialog, where you can view open and resolved questions, as well as asking your own.
If you have raised questions, it is not possible for you to vote that work is ready to begin on the user story until you resolve your open questions.
